Wheelman is a private chauffeur service operated from Terrebonne, Québec. We drive individuals and corporate guests across Montréal, the North Shore, the South Shore, the West Island, and beyond. 2. What information we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver a ride:

Booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, number of passengers, bags, and special requests.
Contact details: name, phone number, email address.
Payment details: handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Communication: emails, WhatsApp messages, or notes sent through our contact form.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and site performance.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to:

Confirm and operate your booking.
Send reminders, receipts, and updates about your trip.
Calculate quotes and process payments.
Keep our service safe and reliable.
Improve the website and respond to questions.

4. Quebec privacy rights (Law 25)

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run Wheelman, such as Stripe for payments, our hosting and email infrastructure, and our analytics platform. Each provider is contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses essential cookies to keep bookings working, and analytics cookies to understand how visitors move through the site. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings. We do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep booking records for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations in Québec. After that, personal identifiers are removed or the records are securely deleted. Marketing inquiries are kept for two years unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

8. Security

We use encryption, access controls, and secure hosting to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the same care we apply to the cars.
